Q: HOW CAN I GET THE DISPOSITION OF A CASE?
A: You can contact the Rockdale County Superior Court Clerk's Office by mail, 922 Court Street, Room 203, Conyers GA 30012 or by phone at 770-278-7922 for copies of a disposition. Superior Court retains records on site for up to 15 years. Older files are stored offsite and are allowed three (3) days to process upon request. There is a fee for all copies which you can find in the Filing Fees section, located under Services and Information.
