Q: HOW DO I RESCHEDULE MY COURT DATE?
A: The Clerk’s Office is not able to reschedule court hearings. If you have an emergency, please contact your attorney for further information.

Q: WHEN IS MY COURT DATE AND DO I HAVE TO COME TO COURT?
A: Certain offenses require a court appearance. You may contact the Clerk’s Office at 770-278-7922 for this information.

Q: I HAVE A BENCH WARRANT FOR NOT APPEARING IN COURT, WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
A: You must speak with the District Attorney’s office to resolve this matter. They can be reached at (770) 278-7990.

Q: HOW CAN I GET THE DISPOSITION OF A CASE?
A: You can contact the Rockdale County Superior Court Clerk’s Office by mail, 922 Court Street, Room 203, Conyers GA 30012 or by phone at 770-278-7922 for copies of a disposition. Superior Court retains records on site for up to 15 years. Older files are stored offsite and are allowed three (3) days to process upon request. There is a fee for all copies which you can find in the Filing Fees section, located under Services and Information.

Q: WHERE CAN I PAY MY FINE?
A: Pursuant to the Standing Order signed by Judge Robert F. Mumford on February 25, 2021, all court ordered fines/fees/restitution shall be paid through the Superior Court Clerk’s Office.  Accepted methods of payment include cash, money order, and certified cashiers check.  Payments are accepted in-person the Clerk’s Office between the hours of 8:30 to 5:00 pm or online at Superior Criminal CR Case Payment
